For advertising, event, or promotional agencies, one thing matters: a medium that clients will remember and photograph. A bean bag with a printed logo does this better than a pen or lanyard — it’s large, comfortable, and ends up at the center of chill-out zones, on stage, at trade booths, or in participants' social media. In this guide, we show you how to order promotional bean bags with your logo: from a single piece for testing to hundreds for a large event.
Bean Bag with Logo as an Advertising Medium — Why It Works
Classic promotional gadgets compete for attention in drawers. A bean bag works differently: it occupies space, invites interaction, and generates user-generated content. At an outdoor event, B2B fairs, or in a brand zone at a festival, the logo on an XXL bean bag can be seen from the other end of the hall. This is advertising space up to 120 cm wide, where the print is clear in photographs.
What You Can Choose — Sizes, Fabrics, Colors
We produce three basic sizes of bean bags (sako):
| Size | Dimensions | Weight | Filling Capacity |
|---|---|---|---|
| L | 70 × 60 × 50 cm | 4-5 kg | ~150 l |
| XL | 80 × 60 × 60 cm | 5-7 kg | ~250 l |
| XXL | 120 × 60 × 60 cm | 6-8 kg | ~390 l |
We select fabrics based on their intended use: velvet (~320 g/m², for interiors and chill-out zones), outdoor fabric (~220 g/m², water and UV resistant — for outdoor events), eco-leather (~600 g/m², premium, easy to clean). You choose the base color from the palette, and we print without color restrictions.
Personalization — Printing Techniques and File Preparation
We personalize in full CMYK with no color limits — we print on a sheet of material from which we then sew the product, so the print can include gradients, photos, and full-color key visuals, not just flat logos. The standard print area is 45 × 45 cm, with the possibility of printing in several locations on the bean bag.
Available techniques: sublimation (full color on polyester), DTG (direct-to-garment), screen printing (large runs, 1-2 colors), and heat transfer (small batches, sharp logos).
Prepare files as vector (AI, EPS, PDF) or bitmap at least 300 dpi at a 1:1 scale, colors in CMYK. Before production, we send a visualization (proof) for approval — nothing goes to print without your confirmation.
MOQ — From 1 Piece to Hundreds
We don’t have a rigid threshold. You can order 1-2 pieces with a printed logo — for sampling, client presentations, or competition prizes — or hundreds of pieces for a nationwide roadshow. For small batches, heat transfer and DTG work best, while for large runs — sublimation and screen printing (lower unit cost).
Lead Time and Ordering Process
Production takes 7-30 days depending on the quantity, printing technique, and size — each order is priced individually. The process: (1) brief and quote, (2) preparation and proof approval, (3) production, (4) delivery to the event address or to the agency's warehouse. For urgent event deadlines, set the delivery date during the briefing stage.
Outdoor Events — Outdoor Version
For outdoor fairs, festivals, and seaside zones, we recommend outdoor fabric that is resistant to water, snow, and UV radiation. The bean bags retain the print color and do not absorb moisture, making them suitable for brand zones outdoors throughout the season.
Quality and Certifications — Important for Tenders
As a manufacturer (Made in Poland / EU since 2015), we provide documentation useful for tenders and corporate clients: OEKO-TEX Standard 100, REACH, Martindale Class A abrasion resistance, and the EPS filling has a certificate from the National Institute of Public Health PZH B.BK.60111.0311.2023 and CE. Warranty: 24 months on the material and 6 months on the filling.
FAQ — Bean Bags with Logo for Agencies
Can I order just one bean bag with a logo?
Yes. MOQ starts from 1 piece — this is ideal for sampling, presenting a concept to a client, or as a competition prize. For single pieces, heat transfer or DTG is best.
How long does it take to fulfill an order with a print?
From 7 to 30 days, depending on the quantity, printing technique, and size. We confirm the deadline in the quote; for urgent events, we set the delivery date at the start.
What format should I prepare the logo for printing?
Best as a vector (AI, EPS, PDF) or bitmap at least 300 dpi at a 1:1 scale, in CMYK color space. Before production, you will receive a proof for approval.
Can the print be full-color, not just a logo?
Yes — we print in CMYK with no color limits on the material sheet, so gradients, photos, and full key visuals are possible, not just flat logos.
Are bean bags suitable for outdoor events?
Yes, in the outdoor fabric version that is resistant to water, snow, and UV. This is a solution for brand zones outdoors and seaside locations.
