• The Vital acupressure mat is designed for both beginners and advanced users. Just a few minutes a day is enough to get positive effects and a surge of energy.
• The first sessions should last no longer than 10 minutes. Beginners are advised to massage in comfortable clothing. The first massages may cause redness of the skin, which should disappear with more frequent use of the mat.
