1. Make sure that the product is eligible for return

You have the right to return the purchased product within 14 days from the day you receive the parcel (right of withdrawal from the sales contract). The right of return applies to the consumer. If you ordered the product as a company - make sure you can return the product.

2. Fill in the return form.

Fill in the form with the necessary information such as your order number, contact details and bank account details.

3. Prepare the product for shipping

Pack the product securely. Make sure it is intact and has not been used. Include any necessary documentation, such as a return form or order number.

4. Ship the product

Return the product by courier service, postal service or in person. Remember that return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Do not send the return by cash on delivery.

5. Wait for confirmation of return

After receiving the product, the shop will check its condition and approve the return, if everything is in accordance with the terms and conditions of the return the refund will be processed - The return payment may take from 2 to 7 working days.

6 Form of refund

Refunds are ordered in the same form in which you paid for your order. If you paid for your order in cash on delivery give us your bank account number, the refund will be made to the account number indicated.
